Enjoy Buying a Home With Confidence You Will Get The Best Deal...

Looking to buy a house is one of the biggest decision you will make in your whole life.  There are many important decision that you will need to make and the last thing you want is to have to regret anything later on.

Picking the right agent in Virginia Beach can make the whole process from finding the house to closing on the house enjoyable and stress-free.  On the other hand, if you pick the wrong agent you could easily have the opposite effect.

It is important that you find an agent that understands the local market so they can easily point you into the right location.  This could save you a lot of time trying to drive around and figure it out yourself.

You also want someone that is responsive when you try and get a hold of them.  There is nothing worse then having an important question (all questions are important) and then you cant get in touch with your agent for eight hours.  Heck...even one hours is too long.

Most important though is you need an agent that truly has your best interests at heart.  Many agents out there are just trying to "make a quick buck" and don't really care if you are happy with the house you are buying as long as they get paid.

Common Questions When Buying and Looking at Houses For Sale

When buying a house there are some questions you most likely run into.  Some common ones are:

1.  The house I am looking at seems a little over priced.  What should I do?

2.  I have made an offer on a house but have decided that I don't want it anymore.  Is there anyway I can back out of it?

3.  We are looking at a house but are having a difficult time deciding if it is a good deal or not.  How can we tell?

Here is a video we made that answers all those questions:

Once you find the house you need to be able to negotiate correctly because there are so many things you need to consider like getting the price down, asking to include appliances, asking them to fix items in house, include a home warranty and cover the closing costs.

An Agent In Virginia Beach That Loves Helping People Buy Houses

During the home buying process there are going to inevitably be things that come up when you are trying to close on the house and you will need an agent with knowledge and experience to know what to do.

It happens all the time where some thinks they found the house of their dreams, they get it under contract and then sure enough there is a title issue where the person trying to sell the house doesn't have the right to do so because they never got it signed over from the actual owner.  This is just an example of some random thing that could happen and did happend with Austin.

They agent has to be able to think "outside the box" in order to figure out how to fix this problem.  This isn't something they cover in the exam to become a Real Estate Agent.  This is something that an agent has to be able to have within themselves to truly want to help you get the house you want.

In this situation Austin's co-workers said there was nothign that could be done and that they had to leave it up to the Title company to be able to solve it.  Austin was not going to accept that answer and new there had to be away.

Austin actually tracked down the owner of the house and went out and knocked on his door and negotiated with him to sign the right for the other person to be able to sell the house.  It tool a lot negotiating and "don't give up" attitude in order to make this deal still close on time.

Conclusion

Take your time and make sure you find a good agent that loves what they do, put their whole heart into it and truly cares that you get what you want at the best possible deal when you are looking a buy a house in Virginia Beach.

We were relocating from Michigan to Virginia which was in itself a challenge. Austin initially assisted us looking for homes in the Virginia Beach area and when we decided on the Williamsburg area, he was willing to help us continue our search there. His availability and communication both before  and after the sale has been first rate-we couldn't have asked for more!

Austin is amazing! After telling him everything I was looking for in a house, he made a search with those specific criteria and continues to send me emails of houses I would be interested in. He has sent way more houses that I have liked than anything I could find on my own! We are still searching  for the perfect home but we have already gone out to look at homes twice. He has not only been professional but also honest and real, which is important to me. He answers any questions I have immediately and is always in my best interest. HIGHLY recommend!
