Top Producers, Inc. was founded in 1996 by seven of Bay County's top real estate agents. The goal of those seven founders was to "provide a business environment that was conducive to providing our customers and clients with a level of service superior to anything previously seen in Bay County and that would allow the flexibility to maintain and improve that level of service into the future.
